All your questions answered with regard to Shipping and Returns
We aim to despatch your package within 1 - 2 days.
The easiest way to contact is via email but you you also call us.
We pack your cashmere in tissue paper and recycled packaging.
We try to ship as quickly as possible after receiving your order and mainly manage to do so the same day or the day after receiving it. We run our own warehouse which means we are very hands on with our product so you can always ring us or email us if you have a question.
- How quickly will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped using ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 and you will be sent notification as soon as we ship.
Special request can be made for Next Day delivery, this is charged at £8.95.
- What about shipping to Europe and Internationally?
International Delivery charges are set by our courier and on occasions may change due to area charge rates. All orders are tracked and will require a signature on receipt.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the goods. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you of the costs you may incur.

- I don't want my purchase, how long do I have to return my goods ?
All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt, they must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging with all Crumpet garment tags and labels attached.
- Are returns free?
Returns are free within the UK, please find a returns sticker on your delivery note. If this has been lost, you can email us to request another one.
- I'm not in UK and I need to make a return, how do I do it?
If you wish to return an item but are outside of the United Kingdom, please state that the item is a return on the commercial invoices, otherwise charges will be incurred and Crumpet will not be held liable for these charges. If your country does not require you to include commercial invoices, please make it clear the item is a return on the address label.

- How long will it take you to refund me ?
Please allow 10 working days for your return to reach us. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit so please do request a proof of receipt. We will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Crumpet Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you email notification to confirm this.
Any refund issued will automatically be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
- What will you not accept?
We will not accept goods that have be worn, are damaged or do not have their tags attached.
Please take extra care when trying on your garments. We recommend wearing a protective scarf to avoid transferring cosmetics onto fabric and removing all deodorant, fragrances and jewellery.
- I want an exchange not a refund.
If you wish to exchange your item(s) please return to us within 28 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in their original condition including all packaging and tags.
If we are unable to exchange an item due to stock levels, we will refund the amount back to your credit card and inform you by email
