Shipping & Returns Information

Dispatch & Handling

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of purchase.
Most orders are shipped the same day or the next working day after being placed.

We operate our own warehouse, so we’re very hands-on with our products and service.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email or call us — we’re happy to help.

We’re proud to say that no plastic is used in our shipping materials.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri/Hermes.
You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days — £6

  • Next Day Delivery (by request): Next working day — £8

European & International Shipping

We ship worldwide using tracked courier services.
All international orders require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery charges are determined by our courier and may vary slightly depending on destination zones and area charges.

Delivery Times & Costs

  • Europe: 2–4 working days — £15

  • Rest of World: 2–10 working days — £20

Please note:

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • These fees are charged once the parcel reaches your country and vary by location.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these additional costs.

Returns & Exchanges

UK Returns

You may return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt, provided they are:

  • New and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • With all Crumpet tags and labels still attached

Inside your parcel, you’ll find a returns form and address label.
Please complete the form, attach the label to your package, and post it back using a tracked postal service (we recommend requesting proof of postage).

International Returns

If returning from outside the UK:

  • Clearly state that your parcel is a “Return” on all commercial invoices and address labels.

  • This prevents customs charges being applied to your return.

  • If charges are incurred because this is not done, Crumpet cannot be held responsible for them.

Refunds

Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to reach us.
Once received, your return will be inspected in line with our policy.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and credited automatically to the original payment card.

We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit — please ensure your return is tracked.

Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange rather than a refund:

  • Return your item(s) within 28 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund and notify you by email.

Items We Cannot Accept

We’re unable to accept returns of items that:

  • Have been worn or damaged

  • Are missing original tags or packaging

Please take care when trying on garments:

  • Avoid transferring makeup, deodorant, perfume, or jewellery marks.

  • We recommend wearing a protective scarf when trying on items near the neckline.
