As soon as an order has been processed and dispatched, Crumpet will send you a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking details for your shipment.

Unfortunately we are unable to process any exchange request and should you require a different piece, you will need to place a new order.

Please refer to the individual care label on the piece. We recommend you gently machine wash on a cold hand-wash cycle, drip dry in the shade and press using a cool iron setting.
