Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £6.00 — Free on orders over £100
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £9.95
International Delivery We ship worldwide. We charge a flat fee of £20 for international shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. International orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Customs & Duties For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Packaging Every CRUMPET order is carefully packaged to protect your pieces in transit and presented in our signature gift-ready packaging.
