How do you ship?
All orders over £100 are shipped free within the UK. Under £100 are charged at £6.
We ship Royal Mail Tracked 48 on all packages. Standard shipping arrival time is 3 - 5 days.
Can I return it?
Returns are accepted within 14 days and refunds processed within 10 days.
What makes this cashmere different?
We use 100% A-grade cashmere, selected for its exceptional fineness and softness. Combined with our small-batch production and artisan craftsmanship in Kathmandu, the result is a piece that feels noticeably more refined, more durable and more luxurious than standard cashmere.
Will it itch?
No. High-quality cashmere should feel very soft and smooth against the skin. It should not be irritating. Our fibres are carefully selected to ensure a buttery, itch-free feel.
Is it warm enough for winter?
Yes. Cashmere is naturally thermoregulating, meaning that it keeps you warmin cold conditiond while remaining breathable. This piece is designed to work across all seasons, not just winter.
Is it suitable for travel?
Perfectly. Its lightweight yet warm construction makes it ideal for layering on flights in changing climates
Will it pill?
All natural cshmere may pill slightly over time, especially with friction> however the fibres we use are long and very high quality which minimises pilling. It can easily be managed by brushing with a cahsmere comb.
How do I care for it?
Handwash it in cool water with a gentle detergent. Avoid wringing and ideally dry it flat.
With proper care, cashmere should become softer and more beautiful over time
